View Inactive Products

This guide will help you view and manage inactive products in the Portal. If you have products that have expired or are no longer active, you can easily manage them, check their details, or request a renewal by following the steps below.


Step 1: Login to the Portal and select All Products from the Username drop-down menu.



Step 2: In the following page, Under Inactive Products section, you can manage expired products by selecting the product category and then selecting the particular product that you want to manage. Then, click on Manage.





Step 3: After that, you can request a renewal or check the details of the selected product. To request for a renewal, simply click on Contact Us For Renewal button. You will be prompted to send an email to for the renewal.
