How to enable auto recurring payment in the Customer Portal
Introduction
Managing your services effectively is essential to avoid interruptions, especially for time-sensitive renewals. By enabling auto-renewal through the IP ServerOne Customer Portal, your services will remain active without requiring manual intervention. This guide will walk you through the simple steps to activate and manage auto-renewal for your services.
Enabling auto-renewal ensures seamless payments, prevents accidental lapses, and gives you peace of mind knowing your subscriptions will renew automatically when due.
Prerequisites
- You must have a valid and active subscription.
- A saved credit or debit card must be added to your Customer Portal account.

Steps to Enable Auto-Renewal for a Service
1. Log in to your Customer Portal.
2. From the left-hand menu, navigate to My Services and select the service for which you wish to enable auto-renewal.
3. Click on Actions, then select View.
4. In the Action dropdown menu, click Enable Auto Renewal.
5. The Enable Auto Renewal box will appear.

Tick the checkbox next to your saved credit/debit card.

Click Assign.

If no card is saved, click Add to register a new credit/debit card before proceeding.

6. A confirmation box will appear. Click Confirm to proceed.
7. Once assigned, a notification will prompt to indicate the credit card has been successfully linked to the service.
8. You’ll now see the status Auto Renewal Enabled for that service.
Note: The auto-recurring payment will begin processing 8 days before the service expiry date.
Please ensure your credit or debit card details are up to date, as changes cannot be made during the processing period, which may result in a failed payment.
