Delegate Access

In the portal, you are able to delegate and give specific roles to secondary users. To delegate access to others, click on My Account >> Delegate Access.

To delegate access, follow the steps below:

Step 1:  Enter an email address for the secondary user you’d like to grant account access.


Step 2:  Then, select the user’s access permissions. You are allowed to select more than one role.


Step 3: Click on Invite.


Step 4: Once the secondary user was given access, their name will appear on the left side and it is stated as Access Granted.
