How to upgrade my current plan?

The upgrade process depends on the type of service you are using. Please refer to the relevant section based on your service:

For or DNS Hosting:
You can easily upgrade or downgrade your DNS hosting plan based on your requirements through our Customer Portal. After logging in, simply follow the step-by-step guide here:: Upgrade or Downgrade on IPServerOne DNS Hosting Plan
For Nova Cloud Servers:
Upgrades for Nova Cloud servers can be performed directly via the Customer Portal. Simply follow this guide: How to Resize Cloud Instance, where you can adjust resources such as CPU, RAM, and storage as needed.
For Bare Metal Servers or Custom Server Plans:
These upgrades are not available through the customer portal. To request an upgrade, please contact our Sales team at sales@ipserverone.com or submit a request via our Contact Form. Our team will review your requirements and provide suitable upgrade options.

Important Note: Some upgrades may involve brief downtime or system migration, depending on the type of server and the changes required. Our Support team will guide you through the process to ensure a smooth transition.
