What does status pending mean in my support ticket?
In the IP ServerOne support ticketing platform, a “Pending” status indicates that your ticket is currently awaiting a response or action before it can proceed further.
This may occur in the following situations:
- Our support team has responded and is waiting for your feedback or additional details
- Further information is required before troubleshooting can continue
- The ticket is queued for the next action by our team
Once the necessary response or action is received, the ticket status will typically be updated to “Replied” or progress to the next stage.
