In the situation where you received a lot spam emails or when recipient received your emails was always marked as spam, here’s a way to fix it by editing the value for email spam threshold in Direct Admin
1. Login to your Direct Admin control panel
3. Refer to highlighted part in the image, you can change the threshold value. Low value will block more incoming spam emails but it might have possibility that the emails you sent out will be marked as spam. As for high value of threshold, it’s vise-versa.
