WordPress Permission Error

If you are getting permissions error such as parent is not writable or errors during plugin installation, please make sure that the following folders has write permission granted recursively:

public_html/wp-content

Guideline for Directadmin Control Panel for changing the folder permission:
1. Click on File manager
2. Browse to public_html folder
3. Tick the check box of wp-content
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and change the permission to 777
5. Tick the check box of Recursive
6. Click on Set Permissions button

Guideline for cPanel Control Panel for changing the folder permission:
1. Click on File manager
2. Browse to public_html folder
3. Right click to the wp-content folder and click Change Permissions
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and change the permission to 777 and click Change Permissions
