    Why can’t I downgrade my DNS hosting plan to the free plan?   To downgrade your DNS hosting plan to the Free DNS plan, you must first ensure that your domain has no more than 2 DNS records. This is because the Free DNS hosting plan can only accommodate a maximum of 2 DNS records.
