How can I proceed with the domain transfer if the authorization (EPP) code email is no longer accessible?
If the registrant’s email address is no longer accessible and you are unable to receive the Authorization (EPP) code, you will need to update the registrant’s email address first before proceeding with the domain transfer.
You may update the registrant email address through the IP ServerOne Customer Portal by following the steps below:
-
Log in to the IP ServerOne Customer Portal.
-
Go to My Services and select Domain.
-
Select the domain name that you wish to update.
-
Update the registrant’s email address to a valid and accessible email address.
-
Once updated, request the EPP code again.
If the Registrant’s email address is the same as your Customer Portal login email and it is no longer valid, please contact our Customer Support team at cs@ipserverone.com. Our team will provide a form to update both the Customer Portal login email address and the registrant’s email address.
After successfully receiving the EPP code at the updated email address, you may proceed with the domain transfer to your new service provider.
