Can I merge or consolidate multiple account profiles into one?
Yes, account consolidation is possible, subject to certain conditions.
If all account profiles are registered under the same company name, IP ServerOne can proceed to consolidate them into a single account profile.
If the account profiles are registered under different company names or different persons in charge, you will need to decide which company name or person in charge will manage the consolidated account.
To request a merge or consolidation of multiple account profiles, please follow these steps:

Send an email to cs@ipserverone.com stating your request to consolidate accounts.

Provide the relevant account details, such as Customer ID(s) or registered email address(es).

Clearly indicate which account(s) you wish to consolidate and which account will be the main account.

Our team will provide you with a service ownership transfer form, which is required to move services from one account to another.
Once the form is completed and verified, our team will assist with consolidating the services into the selected account profile.
