Can you waive the reactivation fee?

If you referring to domain service, we’re sorry, but the reactivation fee for a domain cannot be waived as it is charged directly by the domain registry.

If you’re referring to a different service, generally the reactivation fee is also non-waivable. However, you may email your request to billing@ipserverone.com for further review. Please note that any waiver is subject to management’s approval.
