My cloud instance has been in “Rebuilding” status for over an hour. Is this normal or is there a technical issue?
Under normal circumstances, the “Rebuilding” process for a NovaCloud instance should only take a few minutes to complete. The rebuilding time depends on factors such as the instance size, image type, and overall system load.
If your instance has been in the “Rebuilding” status for more than an hour, it is not normal and may indicate a technical issue or stalled process.
You can try refreshing your Customer Portal page to check if the status updates. If it remains the same, please contact our Technical Support team by submitting a ticket through the Customer Portal or emailing support@ipserverone.com. Our team will help verify the instance status and assist in resolving the issue promptly.
To prevent long rebuild times, ensure that the instance is not performing large disk operations or being rebuilt during high-load periods.
