How many users are allocated for the NovaVault plan?

NovaVault plans do not impose a fixed user limit. You have the flexibility to allocate users based on the total storage capacity included in your subscribed plan.

To maintain optimal system performance and ensure a smooth user experience, we recommend allocating approximately 1TB of disk space per user. For instance, if you are subscribed to the NovaVault T10 plan with 10TB of total storage, we suggest assigning up to 10 users.

This recommendation is designed to:

• Maximize system performance

• Ensure fast file access

• Maintain smooth and reliable operations for every user

However, if your users require only minimal storage, you may increase the number of users beyond the suggested ratio, depending on your usage needs. Just be mindful that system performance could be impacted if the overall resource usage becomes too heavy.

If your organization requires support for more users, we recommend upgrading to a higher-tier NovaVault plan to accommodate your needs without compromising service quality.
