I’m trying to create a Cloud Instance, but it’s not working. What should I do?
If you’re facing issues creating a Cloud Instance (e.g., the setup is stuck or not loading properly), here are a few quick steps to try:
✅ Quick Fixes
- Refresh the Page
Sometimes the portal may hang due to a browser or connection issue. Just refresh and try again. - Log Out and Log Back In
Session errors can cause the deployment page to freeze. Logging out and back in can reset your session. - Check Your NovaCloud Points
Make sure you have enough Cloud Points in your account to launch the instance. -
Select the Correct Region
Make sure you’ve selected the appropriate region for deployment:-
MY (Malaysia)
