The possibility to temporarily reactivate your email hosting for migration purposes, depending on the current status of the email hosting:

• If your email hosting has expired and is auto-suspended due to an outstanding invoice, you will need to settle the payment before reactivation can proceed.

• If you have submitted a termination request but now wish to temporarily reactivate the service to retrieve or migrate your data, please email collection@ipserverone.com. Our team will verify whether the data is still available and guide you through the next steps.

To prevent any potential data loss, we strongly recommend backing up your email data before the service expiry or termination date. This ensures a smooth and uninterrupted migration to your new provider.
