How to reactivate or resume DNS hosting service?

To reactivate or resume your DNS hosting service, you need to ensure that your Cloud Credit Points are sufficient, as DNS hosting is a prepaid service charged daily.

Here’s what to do:

1. Top up your Cloud Credit Points through the Customer Portal.

2. Once the credit is successfully reloaded, your DNS hosting status will be automatically updated to Active.

3. You can verify the status by logging in to the Customer Portal, selecting the NovaCloud on the left panel, and clicking on DNS.

Tip: To avoid future suspensions, keep your Cloud Credit balance above 25 points, as the system will send reminders when the balance is low.
