Unable to Access Roundcube & Can’t Remember Your Password?

🔐 How can I reset a lost email password if I can’t access Roundcube?

You can reset your email password directly through the control panel—DirectAdmin or cPanel—without needing your old password. Choose the guide below based on your control panel:

✅ For DirectAdmin Users

1. Log into DirectAdmin (e.g., https://yourdomain.com:2222).
2. Go to E‑mail Accounts.
3. Find your email and click Change Password.
4. Enter a new password (or generate one) and click Modify.

Your password is now reset—use it to log into Roundcube.

1. Sign in to cPanel and click Email Accounts.
2. Find your email account and click Manage.
