Unable to Access Roundcube & Can’t Remember Your Password?
🔐 How can I reset a lost email password if I can’t access Roundcube?
You can reset your email password directly through the control panel—DirectAdmin or cPanel—without needing your old password. Choose the guide below based on your control panel:
✅ For DirectAdmin Users
- Log into DirectAdmin (e.g., https://yourdomain.com:2222).
- Go to E‑mail Accounts.
- Find your email and click Change Password.
- Enter a new password (or generate one) and click Modify.
Your password is now reset—use it to log into Roundcube.

✅ For cPanel Users
- Sign in to cPanel and click Email Accounts.
- Find your email account and click Manage.
- Enter (or generate) a new password.
- Click Update Email Settings.

⚠️ Important Note: Password reset must be done via the control panel, not within Roundcube itself.
