Can the credit or payment term be adjusted or extended?
Our standard payment term is Cash on Delivery (COD), which requires payment upon service activation or delivery.
Whether a credit or payment term can be adjusted or extended depends on the type of service:
-
For domain names and SSL certificates, the payment term is strictly prepaid, meaning payment must be made before the service is registered or renewed. This is necessary because these services are billed immediately by third-party providers. Once an invoice is issued, payment must be completed within 7 days from the invoice date.
-
For other services fully managed by IP ServerOne, such as Cloud, Bare Metal, Colocation, Acorn, and other infrastructure offerings, you may request to adjust or extend your payment term by emailing us at billing@ipserverone.com. Please include your preferred credit or payment term along with the reason for your request.
Kindly note that all requests are subject to management approval. Our team will review your account and respond with the approval status or any additional information needed. We will do our best to support your request based on your account history and eligibility.
