How to solve “Can’t connect to local mysql server through socket” in DirectAdmin
If you receive the following error when loading your page for NS72
Unable to connect to database:Can`t connect to local mysql server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock'(2)
1) Go to your directadmin panel
2) Go to file manager
3) Go to directory domains/yourdomain.com/public_html/config/config.php
4) Click edit on config.php file
5) Change the dbserver from “localhost” to MySQL database server IP
