How to upgrade the server?

Upgrading your server depends on the type of service you are using. If you are using a Nova Cloud server, you can conveniently perform the upgrade through our Customer Portal. After logging in, simply follow the step-by-step instructions provided in this guide: How to Resize Cloud Instance, which explains how to adjust your cloud resources such as CPU, RAM, and storage.

For Bare Metal Servers or other servers with custom configurations, upgrades cannot be done through the portal. Instead, please contact our Sales team by emailing sales@ipserverone.com or submit your request via our Contact Form. Our team will assess your needs, provide tailored recommendations, and guide you through the upgrade process.

Kindly note that some upgrades may require a brief downtime or system migration, depending on the nature of the server and the resources being upgraded.
