1. Login into Direct Admin as user.

2. Under System Info & Files section, select File Manager.

3. Select the file you want to modify permissions for. Then, click on the option (…) located at the top right corner, and choose Set Permission.”

6. Update the permission and click Save. To change permissions for all files in a folder, make sure to tick the Recursive checkbox.
