Step 1: Log in to SmarterMail

  • Open your web browser and navigate to your SmarterMail login page. Log in with your administrator username and password.

Step 2: Navigate to Domain Settings

  • Click on the More icon and select Domain Settings.
  • Click on User you wish to reset the password.

Step 3: Change Password

  • On the email account settings page, look for three-dots and select Change Password button.
  • Enter the new password in the Password field and Confirm Password field. Then click Save.

Step 4: Unsuspend the Account

  • Click on the Status.
  • On the Status option, select Enabled to unsuspend the User.
  • Then click Save. You may see the Enabled showing on the Status.
