Will my server automatically be upgraded if I purchase the lowest-tier plan?

Servers will not be automatically upgraded by default, even if you are using the lowest tier or plan.

If you are subscribed to Nova Cloud (hourly billing), you may manually upgrade your server at any time through the Customer Portal. You can refer to the following guide for step-by-step instructions:

For servers on a subscription-based plan, upgrades are handled manually. You may contact your Account Manager or email sales@ipserverone.com. Our Sales Team will provide a new quotation, and once we receive your confirmation, our team will proceed with upgrading your server.
