Why do I see the error message “The domain name is pointing to another DNS provider. Any changes that you make will not take effect until you point the domain to the following nameservers”?
This message appears when the domain is currently pointing to a different DNS provider.
Please ensure that you have updated the Name Server (NS) records at your domain registrar’s panel, as any changes made in the Control Panel will only take effect once the domain’s nameservers listed in the registrar WHOIS are pointing to the same nameservers.
For domains registered with IPServerOne, you can update the nameservers through the Customer Portal at https://portal.ipserverone.com.
