Transfer ownership

Transfer of ownership refers to the process of moving a service from one IP ServerOne account to another in our billing system. The exact procedure may vary depending on the type of service you wish to transfer.
You may clarify which service you wish to transfer ownership of. Below are some guides for transferring ownership based on the services:

1. Domain Name

You can easily transfer domain ownership via the Customer Portal.

If the current owner is unable to initiate the transfer via the portal, you may email us at cs@ipserverone.com, and we will assist you with a manual transfer ownership process.

2. DNS Hosting

The DNS ownership transfer process may vary based on certain conditions.

3. Other Services (SSL Certificate, Cloud, Bare Metal, Colocation, etc.)

For services other than domain and DNS, such as Cloud, Bare Metal, or Colocation, please send your request to billing@ipserverone.com.
Our team will provide you with a manual transfer form. Once we receive the completed form, we will verify the details and proceed with the transfer of ownership.

Important Note: The request to transfer ownership of services requires acknowledgment and approval from the current person in charge. If the current contact is no longer valid, additional time will be needed to process the transfer as we will need to carry out internal verification.
