FAQ: How to topup GPU instance?

To top up your GPU instance, you’ll need to purchase NovaCloud credits through the Customer Portal. Please follow these steps:

1. Log in to the IP ServerOne Customer Portal.

2. At the top left corner, click New Order and navigate to the NovaCloud Credit Top Up tab.

3. Select the number of points you wish to top up.

4. A popup box with important information will appear. Please ensure to read it carefully. Once ready, click Confirm.

5. An Add Cart Item box will appear. Click View Cart to review your order.

6. Review the summary of your selected Cloud credit points, then click Checkout to proceed with payment.

Alternatively, you can straight click on GPU instances and click Topup and it will direct you to the NovaCloud Credit Top Up page, and you can follow the steps above to proceed with the topup Cloud point.
