How to request upgrade storage and bandwidth?

If you’re using the NovaCloud platform via the portal, you can easily upgrade your storage at any time. Just make sure you have enough Cloud Points in your account to proceed with the upgrade.

If your Cloud Points are not sufficient, you may refer to the detailed instructions provided in the guide: https://www.ipserverone.info/knowledge-base/how-to-resize-cloud-instance/

Once your storage is successfully upgraded, your bandwidth will automatically increase based on the new storage capacity — no separate request is needed.
