How do I add an email to receive notifications from IP ServerOne?
To add an email for notifications, you can delegate access to that user through the IP ServerOne Customer Portal. Here’s how:
- The primary user needs to log in to https://portal.ipserverone.com.
- Click your username (top-right) > My Account.
- Select Delegate Access.
- Enter the secondary user’s email address.
- Choose the roles and permissions to assign.
- Click Invite.
What happens next:
- If the secondary user already has an IP ServerOne account, you’ll see their details appear. Click Set Notification to choose the types of notifications they should receive, based on their assigned roles.
- If the user doesn’t have an account yet, they’ll need to register using the link provided in the invitation email. Once they’ve signed up, you’ll be able to access the Set Notification option and configure their preferences.
