Smartermail 15 content filtering auto moved specific email type to a folder
In Smartermail, there’s a filtering tab that the user can create a custom action for specific email types to be moved to another folder desired.
In this example, to move email with attachment to another folder.
Step 1: create a folder. Example ” Has attachment” :
You can see the new folder has been created :
Step 2: Go to Settings, Filtering, Content Filtering, New :
Step 3: In this example, select Has attachment, Next :
Step 4: Give a name for this rule, and select the action to Move message to the folder you have created, click on Save :
The new filtering rule is listed in the next screen :
