Is there an automatic reload feature available?
Yes, we do provide an auto-reload feature to automatically top up your cloud credit.
To use this feature, you must first add your credit or debit card in the Customer Portal. You may refer to this guide to add your card: How to add or remove credit/debit card in the Customer Portal.
Once your card has been added, you can enable the Automatic Credit Reload by following the steps below:

Log in to the Customer Portal and go to the NovaCloud panel on the left menu.

Click Cloud Instance.

On the top right section, navigate to Balance and click on it.

Enable Automatic Credit Reload.

A prompt box will appear where you can set the auto top-up amount and the balance threshold for the reload.
After this is configured, your cloud credit will be automatically topped up when the balance reaches the threshold you set, helping to prevent any service interruption.
