How to add an additional authorized person?
You can add an additional authorized person by using the Delegate Access feature in the IP ServerOne Customer Portal.
Steps to add an authorized person:

Log in to the Customer Portal.

Click My Account (top left).

Select Delegate Access from the left menu.

Click Add User and enter the email address of the person you want to authorize.

Assign a role to control what permissions the authorized person can access.

(Optional) Enable notifications so the authorized person can receive updates.

Save the changes.
Once added, the authorized person will be able to access your account based on the role and permissions you assigned.
