Can my service or orders be reassigned to a new email?
Yes, your services can be reassigned to a new email, but the process depends on your request:

If you want all services under your current account to use a new primary email, please send a request from your current registered email to cs@ipserverone.com or submit a ticket via the Help Center in the portal.

If you only wish to change the email for one specific service without affecting the others, you will need to request an ownership transfer.
