Can I transfer my service orders to another email account?
May we confirm for service order if you are referring to the services you have purchased under your account, and whether you intend to change the ownership from the current email to another email?

If there is only one service under the account, or if you are fine with all services being moved to a new email address, you may request this change by emailing cs@ipserverone.com from your current registered email or by submitting a ticket via the Help Center in the portal.

If you wish to update the email address for only one service without affecting others in the same account, an ownership transfer is required.
