How to check my Cloud credit usage?

You can easily view your NovaCloud credit usage by following the steps below:

1. Log in to your account at https://portal.ipserverone.com

2. On the left-hand menu, click on NovaCloud to expand the dropdown

3. Select Transactions from the dropdown menu

4. At the top of the page, ensure your location is set correctly (Malaysia, Singapore, or Hong Kong)

5. The Overview section will display the total credit usage for the selected month. You may change the month using the dropdown filter

6. For a detailed breakdown of charges, click on the History tab
