How can I request domain pointing assistance?
Domain pointing support is provided based on the DNS hosting provider you’re using, which depends on the name server set for your domain. IP ServerOne can assist with domain pointing only if your domain is using one of our name servers. Please refer to the scenarios below:
1. Domain uses IP ServerOne’s default name servers (ns1510.ipxcdn.com / ns-2379.ipxcdn.com)
If your domain is using the name servers above, you can manage DNS records and configure domain pointing directly through our Customer Portal:
-
Log in to the Customer Portal. Then, go to NovaCloud from the left menu. Select DNS to access and manage your domain’s DNS settings.
👉 Need help? Refer to the guide: How to manage DNS records.
If you’re unable to access the portal, you may email support@ipserverone.com with your server IP and the DNS zone file you wish to update. Our support team will assist you with the manual update.
2. Domain uses IP ServerOne’s PowerAdmin name servers (pdns1.ipserverone.com / pdns2.ipserverone.com)
If your domain points to these name servers, you can manage the DNS directly via PowerAdmin at: https://dns.ipserverone.com/
If you don’t have access, you may:
-
Submit a request through our ticketing platform, or
-
Email support@ipserverone.com from your registered email address with the DNS update details.
3. Domain uses Custom Name Servers (e.g., ns1.yourdomain.com / ns2.yourdomain.com)
If you’re using custom name servers registered under IP ServerOne’s server:
-
You can update the domain pointing directly to your server using cPanel or DirectAdmin.
Refer to these guides:
If you need assistance, email support@ipserverone.com with your server access and the DNS zone file you’d like us to update.
4. Domain uses Third-Party Name Servers
If your domain is managed under another hosting or DNS provider, you will need to contact that provider directly for domain pointing support.
