What is my customer / client ID?

Customer ID (also referred to as Client ID) is a unique identification number assigned to you when you sign up an account with IP ServerOne. It is used to identify your account for billing, support, and service management purposes.

You can easily locate your Customer ID by logging in to the IP ServerOne Customer Portal. It will be displayed at the top left corner of your Dashboard, and typically begins with “C0XXXX”.
