You can buy / purchase or subscribe to a Nova Cloud instance through two channels:
- Customer Portal – for instant setup with hourly billing
- Sales Team – for customized plans with monthly, quarterly, or yearly subscriptions.
Option 1: Purchase via Customer Portal (Hourly Billing)
The easiest and fastest way to get started is through the Customer Portal. This method allows you to:
- Launch a cloud instance instantly.
- Scale resources according to your needs.
- Pay only for what you use (hourly charges with point deductions).
- Stop or delete your instance anytime, hassle-free
Step-by-step guide:
- Login to the Customer Portal.

- Navigate to NovaCloud on the left panel and click Create Instance.

- Your instance will be automatically set up and ready within minutes. Once its status shows Active, you can start using it.
