How to link a credit card?
You can link your credit card easily through the IP ServerOne Customer Portal. Follow the steps below:
Step-by-step guide to link a credit card

Log in to your Customer Portal.

On top of right corner, go to My Account.

Click on Payment Methods.

Select Add Credit Card.

Enter your credit card details as required.

Click Save to link the card to your account.
Once added, you need to assign the credit card to the service that you wish to set auto recurring payment.
Step-by-step guide to assign credit card to the services:

Log in to your Customer Portal.
- From the left-hand menu, navigate to My Services and select the service for which you wish to enable auto-renewal.

Click on Actions, then select View.

In the Action dropdown menu, click Enable Auto Renewal.

The Enable Auto Renewal box will appear. Tick the checkbox next to your saved credit/debit card and click Assign.
- A confirmation box will appear. Click Confirm to proceed.
