Is there any scheduled maintenance?
IP ServerOne performs scheduled maintenance occasionally to keep our services secure, stable, and running smoothly. Scheduled maintenance may include updates, upgrades, or preventive work on infrastructure that could impact access to services.
For planned maintenance that may affect your services, we will provide advance notice via email to your registered contact and/or through announcements on our official channels. Notices are typically shared 7 to 30 working days before the maintenance begins, depending on the scope and impact of the work.
In addition to scheduled maintenance, there may be unforeseen or urgent maintenance required to fix critical issues or security concerns. In such cases, maintenance may be carried out with shorter notice or without warning to ensure service reliability and security.
