What to do if Smartermail 10 only listens to localhost POP3/IMAP/SMTP connection?

1. Login to the Smartermail admin through the web interface.

2. Click on the Settings icon on the left side, click “Binding” > “IP Addresses”. You should see the localhost IP & external IP listed on the right side as shown below:


3. Select the external IP and click “Edit”, make sure that all POP3/IMAP/SMTP ports are selected:
