The mail server settings are very important for your email client to communicate with your mail server successfully.

For clients who are using our shared hosting services, you may refer to the below mail server settings (*kindly note the below mail server is just as an example for this guideline. You need to put your own mail server):

1) With the SSL Port

Incoming mail server: win101.small-dns.com

Port: IMAP: 993 POP3: 995

Outgoing mail server: win101.small-dns.com

SMTP: 465

2) Without the SSL Port

Incoming mail server: win101.small-dns.com

Port: IMAP: 143 POP3: 110

Outgoing mail server: win101.small-dns.com

SMTP: 2525

or

Incoming mail server: mail.yourdomain.com

Port: IMAP: 143 POP3: 110

Outgoing mail server: mail.yourdomain.com

SMTP: 2525

For our Dedicated and Cloud Hosting, if you want to use the SSL port, you need to install the SSL certificate for your mail server subdomain record: mail.yourdomain.com
