How to View Active Products from Portal
First, Login to the Portal. Drop-down on your Username and click on All Products.
In the following page, under the Active Products section, you can manage services by selecting the category and then selecting the particular service that you want to manage. Then, click on Manage.
Then, you are able to renew or check the details of the selected product. To renew, simply click on the Renew button.
NOTE: Active services that are not about to expire can only be renewed one service at a time.
