- The account in question is currently suspended.
Step-by-step Guide
Step 1 : Login to WHM
- Login to WHM with root or reseller access
Step 2 : Identify the suspended account
- As you reach the homepage, click on List Accounts
- Then, look for the suspended account. The suspended account should be highlighted in red
Step 3 : Unsuspend the account
- Click on the + button on the left side of the suspended account
- Click on Unsuspend
- Once successfully unsuspend, log will be shown as below
