How to trace your email sending and receiving error in Directadmin

The Purpose of this guide is to assist in tracing the status of your email delivery, some ability to read through the system log is required.

Step 1 : Log into Directadmin.

Step 2 : Click on E-mail Accounts, a list of created email accounts will be shown.

Step 3 : Trace for the name of the email account that needs to be checked, look at the ‘SMTP Log’ row, In stands for Incoming email for that email account, Out stands for Outgoing email for that email account.

Step 4 : Trace for the name of the email account that needs to be checked, look at the ‘SMTP Log’ row, In stands for Incoming email for that email account, Out stands for Outgoing email for that email account.
