How to Print Screen/Screenshot?
- For Microsoft Windows Users:
Step 1. Press the “print screen button” on your keyboard as the picture below:
1.1. For Desktop Users:
1.2 For Laptop Users:
Step 2. Paste the print screen into the Paint Software
2.1. Press on Start icon -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Paint
2.2. Paste the print screen by pressing “Ctrl” + “V”
2.3. Save the image as JPEG(.jpg) or PNG(.png)
- For Ubuntu Users:
Step 1. Click on Applications -> Accessories -> Take Screenshot
** Alternative for Step 1. Press on the print screen button on your keyboard which is shown as above, it will prompt to save the print screen as a picture format.
Step 2. Save the image as JPEG(.jpg) or PNG(.png) - For Mac Users:
Step 1. Press “Command+Shift+3” to get the print screen
Step 2. Save the image as JPEG(.jpg) or PNG(.png)
