How to increase spam email threshold in Direct Admin
In the situation where you received a lot of spam emails or when the recipient received your emails was always marked as spam, here’s a way to fix it by editing the value for email spam threshold in Direct Admin
1. Login to your Direct Admin control panel
2. Under Email Management, choose SpamAssassin Setup
3. Refer to the highlighted part in the image, you can change the threshold value. A low value will block more incoming spam emails but it might have the possibility that the emails you sent out will be marked as spam. As for the high value of the threshold, it’s vice-versa.
4. After you finished editing the threshold to your preference, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click “Save”.
