How to Delete Security Group(s) for the Cloud Server in Customer Portal

Prerequisites:
- Security Group is no longer required for any of your NovaCloud instances.
- Security Group should not be actively assigned to any NovaCloud instances.
- Active access to the IPSERVEONE customer portal.
Step-by-step Guide:
1) Access NovaCloud Dashboard
- Begin by logging into your customer portal. Once logged in, click on “NovaCloud” from the left-hand navigation menu. This will take you to your NovaCloud dashboard, which serves as the central hub for managing all your cloud resources.
2) Navigate to Security Groups
- Within the NovaCloud menu on the left, click on “Security Groups”.

6) Acknowledge Deletion Confirmation
- Once you’ve confirmed the deletion, another pop-up window will appear.
