How do I register a domain?
You can register a domain in two ways:
Option 1: Online via Customer Portal (Recommended)
- Search for a domain name – Choose a unique, easy-to-remember name for your website or business.
- Check availability – Use our portal: Domain Search.
- Register the domain – If available, proceed with purchase and payment via the Customer Portal.
- Registration is usually instant after payment (or within a few hours).
- For restricted domains or those requiring registry documents, the process may take longer.
- If there are any issues, our system will notify you.
- For a detailed step-by-step guide, see: How to Purchase/Register a Domain Name.
Option 2: Offline (Manual) Registration
- If you prefer to receive a quotation or invoice before making payment, email your desired domain and registration details to cs@ipserverone.com.
- We will issue an invoice, and registration will proceed once payment is received.
This method takes longer, and domain availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Note: You will need to provide Name Server details when registering a domain. If you don’t have your own DNS, you can use our DNS Hosting Plan.
If a domain appears available in WHOIS but cannot be registered via our portal, it may be a Premium or Restricted domain. Please contact our Customer Support team for assistance.
