Can we proceed with renewal through the PO method?
Yes, renewal via Purchase Order (PO) is accepted, but it depends on the service type:
- Post-renewal / Auto-renewal services: PO payment is applicable. Kindly provide us with a copy of the PO, and we will proceed with renewal and issue the invoice accordingly.
- Prepaid services (e.g., domain names): PO payment is not accepted for renewal. In certain cases, we may accept the PO and issue a tax invoice; however, the renewal will only be processed once payment has been received.
