What should I do if I receive a DNS hosting termination notice?
If you receive a DNS hosting termination notice, it means your DNS service is currently in suspended status due to insufficient Cloud Credit Points in your customer account. This notice serves as a reminder that the DNS hosting will be terminated if no payment is made to reload your credit.
What should you do?
1. Please check if you still use the DNS hosting to maintain your website, email, or any application connected to your domain.
2. If you still use it, you can proceed to top up your Cloud Credit Points as soon as possible to reactivate the DNS hosting. Here is the guide to top up through the Customer Portal: How to topup point for cloud credit.
3. The DNS hosting status will updated to Active upon credit topup reload. You may check the DNS status in the Customer Portal by navigating to NovaCloud panel on the left side and click on DNS.
Note: If the status is shown as Active, but you continue receiving the notice, please contact our customer support team at cs@ipserverone.com for further assistance on your DNS hosting and credit balance.
If you no longer require DNS hosting but still want to keep your domain, you may allow the DNS service to be terminated and re-subscribe later when needed.
Reminder: DNS hosting is a prepaid service, and charges are deducted daily from your Cloud Credit Points. When your credit balance falls below 25 points, the system will automatically send a notification prompting you to top up.
